How can I pay for my parts?
We accept PayPal.

What if I do not have a PayPal account?
All major credit cards can be used via PayPal’s guest checkout feature. If you do not have a credit card that doesn’t mean we can’t sell you the part, but the online ordering system won’t be able to be used. Contact us today to discuss alternative payment arrangements!

Is my personal information safe?
We do not sell or rent out our customer databases so you can rest assured your personal information is SECURE with us!

How can I trust a recycled part?
Parts are warrantied by us for at least 90 days. On some occasions item’s may be sold as is (see below). Parts are tested, inspected, and carefully packed before shipping to you.

What does “SOLD AS IS” mean?
On some occasions parts will be sold as is, meaning non-refundable and without warranty. This may be due to its condition or situational circumstances. If you purchase a product that is sold as is, you will be notified and given the choice to proceed with the order or receive a refund.

What about pricing?
We always strive to offer you the lowest prices on your parts. By buying quality recycled, you will save money and help the planet by reducing the demand on mining materials for new parts.

What if I order the wrong part?
We hope we have made your online experience easy to find the correct parts. If you happen to order the wrong parts you have 30 days from time of receipt to initiate a return. You may do so by filling out the form on the returns page or giving us a call, we will supply you with an RMA sheet and #. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PARTS WITHOUT AN RMA #. They will be refused. After 30 days all sales are final. There may be a restocking fee plus you are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if I order the right part but receive the wrong part?
If we make an error, we “eat it”. Please contact us immediately and we will promptly correct the mistake and reship the correct part at no additional cost to you. We will need you to return the incorrect part using the RMA# provided when you inquire. We may issue a CALL-Tag for the return at our option or if you ship the parts yourself we will reimburse your shipping cost with Chuckran Auto Parts Inc as the destination. 30-day return period still applies.

What happens if I simply decide I do not want the part(s) I ordered?
No problem. In this case you have 14 days from the time of receipt to complete a return. These instances are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. You are responsible for freight both ways and an RMA # is required. Parts must be UNUSED, not installed for testing purposes, and be in the original packing with original markings and warranty stickers intact.

Can you call me when an out-of-stock item comes in?
Unfortunately, there are no backorders. If the inventory screen shows "0" quantity or the part is not listed, we are temporarily "Out of Stock". You may reach out to our offices via any method on our contact page. We have alternate sources not connected to the online ordering system to help you find the parts you need.

What if I see part not found?
If you see this message upon searching for a particular part, this means we do not have that part in our computerized system. You may reach out to our offices via any method on our contact page. We’ll check our other sources and get back to you.
