Chuckran Auto Parts | Return Policy
We are committed to providing the best customer service possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. However, we may charge a restocking fee for electrical components and other products at the business’ discretion. If you are unsure if an item fits your vehicle or has a restocking fee, please inquire before purchasing.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Are in their original condition and packaging
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not have missing parts
- Have not been disassembled
- Still have all company markings and warranty labels adhered
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Electrical components without appropriate paperwork
- Returns without an RMA #
Once your return has been received and gone through our inspection process, you will be issued your refund. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Items incorrectly shipped to or not purchased from Chuckran Auto Parts Inc. will not be accepted.
All electronic components, including ECM’S, may require reprogramming by a licensed manufacturer’s dealer. They can only be returned if they are accompanied by an original invoice from said dealer. The invoice must state it was reprogrammed or was attempted to be reprogrammed, and/or is otherwise defective. These parts will be deemed non-refundable if they are returned without the proper paperwork.
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. If a restock fee is required, it will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
Chuckran Auto Parts Inc. guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product please fill out the RMA # request form above.
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our return request form above within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. Products damaged in shipment will have to be filed with the shipping company. We’ll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.
We will NOT refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
