SHIPPING OPTIONS - The specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after you enter a shipping address.
IN STORE PICK UP - Most items are available for in store local pickup at no charge. An in stock order will generally be ready within 24 -48 business hours or less.
ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS - Powertrain that is not off on the shelf and needs to be dismantled from the vehicle may have a waiting period of up to 5 business days. You may contact us for more details on the waiting time.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING - Check the item's product detail page for eligibility and available shipping options. Most orders are shipped within 24- 48 hours from confirmation of your order unless otherwise specified. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2- 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping - If you are seeking express shipping, please contact us to discuss your options prior to purchasing. In the event we’re able to accommodate express shipping for you, please review the following: Air carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and next day or second day air charges will NOT be refunded if considered late. All Overnight or 2nd day air orders must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays to insure same day shipment. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Overnight and 2-Day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.
OVERSIZED ITEMS AND BODY PARTS – Please contact one of our knowledgeable sales associates to go over shipping methods for larger items. Order’s containing oversized body parts such as bumpers, doors, hoods, etc. may still qualify for Standard Ground however more often they require special handling and are usually shipped via LTL freight trucks and requires a business address for delivery.
FREIGHT - Items shipped by freight will require signature upon delivery. If there is a problem with delivery the buyer is responsible for all additional charges (ex. redelivery, limited access fees)
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - All items are shipped insured. If an item is damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product. You must immediately contact the respective shipping company. They are solely liable for shipping damages. Explain to them the nature of the problem or damage, give them your name, address, and the tracking # from the box. They will advise you on the claim procedure.
Get the damage control #, the date/time and the name or ID # of the person you talk with from customer service. The call and notify us. We will work with you to exchange/replace affected parts. You may be required to purchase a 2nd part and wait for refund from the carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full business days. All requests must be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date of shipment for any possibility of claim.
